 Elite Building Maintenance is led by  Founder   Greg Stowe.  Greg is a husband and father who is proud to call Southern California home.  After being honorably discharged from the United States Army, Greg went to work for a janitorial franchise company.  His Army training and discipline coupled with the experience and knowledge gained from working with a janitorial franchise company provide a strong base for Elite Building Maintenance.   These experiences helped foster in Greg a desire to provide quality service in a way that elevates the needs of customers.  Elite Building Maintenance believes that it is important for the customer to know and have a relationship with the team that will be serving them.  Because Elite does not utilize the services of subcontractors, we have a higher level of accountability and employees who are directly interested in our success and quality of service.  From the top to the bottom, Elite Building Maintenance has a hands-on, high accountability approach which ensures every customer gets the quality they deserve
